Accolades Piling Up For Clay Matthews
The NFL has again praised Packers LB Clay Matthews, this time with the NFC Defensive Player of the month award. During the month of September, Matthews is credited with a league leading 6 sacks, a team leading 15 solo tackles, and one forced fumble. Seeing as how he won the NFC defensive player of the week award just 2 weeks ago, the nature of this post is a little redundant. I have to admit, I just enjoy getting to post pictures of Clay making life miserable for opposing quarterbacks. Mazel Tov, Mr. Matthews!

Just imagine it's only his second year as a pro, just think if he keeps this up next year and the year after so on and so on, and he has proclaimed that he's barely getting started, and that he feels he can "do much better", SCARY :)
