Sibling Selections: Chris' Complete Packer Mock Draft v1.0

Chris has spent many a night sipping tea at Perkins in Madison, Wisconsin, combing the desert of college newspapers for nuggets of information. So it is with an extreme level of comfort that I offer his complete Packers mock draft (v1.0).

1.) Ben Ijalana OT Villanova

2.) Leonard Hankerson WR Miami

3.) Donte Moch OLB Nevada

4.) Cortez Allen CB Citadel

4.) Mark Schiechl DE/DT Colorado School of Mines

5.) Davon House CB New Mexico State

6.) Cliff Matthews OLB Carolina

7.) Taiwan Jones RB Eastern Washington

7.) Raymond Webber WR Arkansas-Pine Bluff

So there you have it. All of the major pain points are addressed pretty much in order of importance, which is a nice touch. An ideal draft would look something like this. I think the Packers will strongly consider trading their first round pick away for perhaps two third rounders. Something of that ilk. One final note. Chris wanted to include this bit of fan-trivia.

"In the 1999 NFL Draft the Green Bay Packers selected WR Donald Driver with the #213th pick overall, in the 7th round. Pick #212 was Safety Chris Atkins from Arkansas-Pine Bluff….also selected by the Green Bay Packers."
